EVENT Descriptions

Meet the Teacher - Get a head start before the first day of school by attending the Meet the Teacher event for all grade levels. This is an opportunity to meet your teacher, visit your classroom, and drop off school supplies.

Back to School Parent Orientation - Valley View’s parent-only orientation meetings offer a view of what your student's school year will look like. You will have the opportunity to get to know your student's teacher, their schedule, and the curriculum they will cover throughout the year. 

Dine & Donate - Join us for a night of delicious food, raffle prizes, and a public auction. A great way to connect with other families and support our school! Come with friends and family!

School Store  
Available for 2nd-5th graders. Specific time slots for each grade level. Small trinkets/toys will be no more than $5. Spirit wear will cost more, prices to be announced.

Fall Fest - Valley View’s annual carnival celebration! This event is always a crowd-pleaser, so don't miss out. Join us for an array of fun-filled activities, including rides, games, face painting, and more!

Fun Run - Lace up those running shoes and join us for a festive and fun run (or walk) with your cardinals around the track.

International Day & Open House - Fun and engaging presentations led by parent & community volunteers along with extension activities in classrooms. In the afternoon, families are invited to campus for a come and go Open House event. 

Bingo Night -  A huge family favorite with an evening of Bingo Games, Fantastic Prizes and concessions.

STEAM Day - Students engage in STEM subjects by learning about science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through fun filled activities.

Dollar Raffle Days - Three days of putting as many tickets as you/your child feel comfortable contributing to individual raffles for a wide variety of kid friendly games, toys, electronics and experiences hosted by VVE teachers/staff. 

Cardinal Fest - Valley View Elementary's Field day! All of our Cardinals enjoy stations around the school for a day of fun!
